Comments, and Other Content
Guests may submit suggestions, ideas,
comments, questions, or other information to
Elephant Trunk. The content of submissions
can not be illegal, obscene, threatening,
defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing
of intellectual property rights, or
otherwise injurious to third parties or
objectionable and does not consist of or
contain software viruses, political
campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain
letters, mass mailings, or any form of
"spam." You may not use a false e-mail
address, impersonate any person or entity,
or otherwise mislead as to the origin of
content. Elephant Trunk reserves the right
(but not the obligation) to remove or edit
such content. Elephant Trunk reserves the
right to edit all product reviews submitted
prior to posting on Elephant Trunk and it is
solely at the discretion of Elephant Trunk
to elect to post or not post any and all
submissions.
If you do submit material, you grant
Elephant Trunk a nonexclusive, royalty-free,
perpetual, irrevocable, right to use,
reproduce, modify, adapt, publish,
translate, create derivative works from,
distribute, and display such content
throughout the world in any media. You grant
Elephant Trunk and its affiliates the right
to use the name that you submit in
connection with such content, if they
choose. You represent and warrant that you
own or otherwise control all of the rights
to the content that you post; that the
content is accurate; that use of the content
you supply does not violate this policy and
will not cause injury to any person or
entity; and that you will indemnify Elephant
Trunk or its affiliates for all claims
resulting from content you supply. Elephant
Trunk has the right but not the obligation
to monitor and edit or remove any activity
or content. Elephant Trunk takes no
responsibility and assumes no liability for
any content posted by you or any third
party.

of a product, the description of a product
or to its availability. We reserve the right
to correct all such mistakes at any time
without notice, even after an order was
placed based on inaccurate information. We
apologize in advance for any inconvenience
or misunderstanding such errors might cause
you. Please remember that if you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase from
Elephant Trunk, you may return any item for
any reason within 30 days of receipt for a
